Referral Programme Terms
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Who we are
The INTENT referral programme (the “Programme”) is operated by BMC SAASY TECH LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 12454158), registered office Flat 338, 372 Old Street, London, EC1V 9LT (“we”, “us”). These terms form part of our Terms of Service. By sharing your referral code or link you agree to these terms.
The Programme
Verified INTENT users receive a personal referral code. When someone subscribes to a qualifying INTENT plan using your code, they may receive a discount and you may receive a reward. The current discount and reward amounts are those displayed in the app at the time of the qualifying purchase; we set, and may change, all amounts, percentages and eligibility rules at our discretion.
These terms cover rewards on INTENT subscriptions only. Other businesses may choose to recognise your code in schemes of their own, on their own terms — anything you earn from such a scheme is a matter between you and that business, is governed by their terms and not these, and is not paid by us. We do not promise that any such scheme exists, will continue, or will pay you.
Eligibility
- You must have a verified INTENT account and be 18 or over.
- Receiving payouts requires completing Stripe Connect onboarding, including any identity checks Stripe requires.
- Businesses you refer must be genuinely independent of you: referring yourself, your own company, or an entity you control is not permitted.
Rewards & payment
- Rewards accrue only on completed, paid, non-fraudulent purchases that remain in good standing.
- New rewards are held for a verification period before first payment; we may extend a hold while we investigate suspected abuse.
- Rewards under these terms are paid in GBP via Stripe to your connected account. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.
- If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, the associated reward is cancelled and, if already paid, may be reclaimed or offset against your future payouts.
- Rewards of unusually high value may be subject to additional verification before payment.
What you must not do
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or share your code in ways that breach marketing or privacy laws.
- Misrepresent INTENT, promise investment returns, or present our products as regulated financial advice. Your sharing must comply with all rules applicable to financial promotions in your jurisdiction.
- Bid on our trade marks or brand terms in paid search, or impersonate us in any channel.
- Hold yourself out as our agent, employee or partner — you are not; nothing in the Programme creates any agency, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship.
- Manipulate the Programme (self-referral through third parties, fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups intended to churn, or any other abuse).
Our rights
We may suspend, vary, or withdraw the Programme (in whole or in part), change any reward amount or percentage, and suspend or terminate any participant’s participation, at any time and without notice. Where we reasonably suspect breach of these terms or fraud, we may withhold, cancel, or reclaim rewards, and our decision on Programme matters is final. Rewards properly accrued and verified before a Programme change will still be paid unless connected to a breach.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless BMC SAASY TECH LTD, its officers, employees and agents against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Programme, the manner in which you share or promote your code, any breach by you of these terms, or any violation by you of applicable law or third-party rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the rewards properly accrued and unpaid at the time the liability arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.
Changes & law
We may update these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page; continued sharing after an update is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support [at] intent.farm.
